Join the Team: Volunteer with Play Where You Stay!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Play Where You Stay (PWYS)! We are thrilled that you want to support our mission of providing affordable, accessible soccer programming to kids across Memphis.
To help you see how our opportunities align with your schedule or volunteer hour requirements, here is a breakdown of our seasonal programs and what it looks like to be a PWYS volunteer.
Why Our Volunteers Matter
At Play Where You Stay, volunteers aren’t just extra hands on the field—you are the heartbeat of our program.
By removing the traditional barriers to youth sports, we bring the game directly into Memphis neighborhoods. Our volunteers play a crucial role in making this possible. When you volunteer with us, you are doing so much more than chasing soccer balls; you are providing the consistent mentorship, positive energy, and safe environment that our players need to thrive both on and off the pitch. Your time and dedication directly impact a child’s confidence, teamwork skills, and love for the game.
